7-Day Return Window
At Apertured.in, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, in original condition, and in resalable state
- Original packaging, labels, barcodes, and seals must be intact
- All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and promotional items must be included
- Valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided
Product Condition & Usage Policy
Returns are accepted only for products that have not been used.
Items that have been opened, installed, mounted, powered on, or used in any production environment (including shoots, studio setups, or testing beyond basic inspection) will not be eligible for return.
Due to the professional nature of film lighting and grip equipment, any signs of usage, wear, rigging, mounting, or handling beyond initial inspection may result in rejection of the return.
Apertured.in reserves the right to inspect and verify the condition of all returned products before approving any return or refund.
How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service
- Apertured.in is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit
Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Return request made after 7 days of delivery
- Product has been used, installed, or shows signs of wear or damage
- Missing packaging, accessories, or included items
- Damage caused due to misuse, improper handling, or external factors (water, fire, impact, etc.)
- Serial numbers, labels, or warranty seals have been tampered with
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed only after inspection and approval of the returned product
- Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible:

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
After delivery, returns may be requested in accordance with this policy, subject to eligibility and approval.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.
Such cases will be reviewed on priority, and a replacement or appropriate resolution will be arranged.
Governing Terms
All returns, refunds, and cancellations are subject to verification and approval by Apertured.in in accordance with applicable laws and internal policies.
