Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders are processed only on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

For high-value or bulk orders, additional verification or coordination may be required before dispatch.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days
  • Non-metro locations: 3–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary based on product availability, shipping location, and logistics conditions.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Free shipping may be offered on select products, promotional campaigns, or high-value orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor your shipment status in real time.

Delivery & Handling

Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure that your details are accurate to avoid delays.

Due to the nature of professional lighting equipment, some shipments may require careful handling or special packaging.

In case of failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address or unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable logistics partners, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

Apertured.in is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers. However, our team will assist in tracking and resolving shipment issues.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Bulk & Project Orders

For large orders, studio setups, or production requirements, delivery timelines and logistics may be coordinated separately. Our team will assist you directly for such orders.
